6a. InsightGuard — Marketing Intelligence Platform

InsightGuard is our SaaS product that monitors your marketing analytics data and sends automated alerts. This section describes how we handle data specifically for InsightGuard users.

6a.1 Data We Process for InsightGuard Users

  • Google Analytics 4 data (read-only access via OAuth): We access your GA4 data solely to run automated alert checks. We never modify, store, or share your GA4 data.
  • Google OAuth tokens: Stored securely on our servers using encryption to maintain your GA4 connection.
  • Alert history and scan results: Stored per user account and permanently deleted when you delete your account.

6a.2 Payment Data (Stripe)

We use Stripe for payment processing. We never store credit card numbers on our servers. All payment data is processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

6a.3 Account Deletion

When you delete your InsightGuard account, we permanently delete the following within 24 hours:

  • Your user profile and login credentials
  • Your GA4 connection and OAuth tokens
  • All alert history and scan results
  • All associated data and preferences

6a.4 Data Retention for InsightGuard

  • Account data: Retained until account deletion
  • Alert scan results: 12 months rolling history
  • OAuth tokens: Deleted immediately on account deletion or Google account disconnection

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide our services
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce our agreements

Analytics data: 14 months
Marketing communications: Until you unsubscribe
